I have a fix for this if I ever get around to finishing it...
So if you want to assign the bug to me that's fine. It'll remind me to
finish the fix...

description:
When trying to use the tab completion on file, it doesn't complete
the file at all, but simply bells; e.g. I've a unique
file in ~/rpm/SPECS/mypackage.spec; I go in ~/rpm/SPECS, and type:

          rpm -vv -ba my<TAB>

it isn't completed. Furthermore trying to pass from bash to zsh, one obtains:

/etc/bash_completion:53: command not found: shopt
/etc/bash_completion:59: command not found: complete
/etc/bash_completion:65: command not found: complete
/etc/bash_completion:66: command not found: complete
/etc/bash_completion:67: command not found: complete
/etc/bash_completion:5208: command not found: complete
.
.
.
(eval):1: command not found: complete
(eval):1: command not found: complete
/etc/bash_completion:5257: no matches found: /etc/bash_completion.d/*

But switch to zsh is not performed.
