How about bumping up the priority of epiphany as the best choice for webclient-gnome, since epiphany is now considered "Gnome's choice" for web browser?
Generally the "best choice" thing is for newbies, since a little more 'advanced' users (who can distinguish between galeon, epiphany, mozilla etc), can select their own favorite browser, or tweak the alternative to manual mode instead. Anyway, which would be better? Epiphany? Galeon?
