Anyone is free to write errata provided that a) they write it in the proper format (as seen on the errata pages) and b) they can verify from sources other than themselves that it is accurate. And yes, I maintain the errata pages for each release. So if there is something that needs to go up for errata (for regular end users, etc.) then please send it to me.
