Start JACK automatically for:
Ardour                  [settings]
Audacity                        [settings]
Sweep                   [settings]
XMMS                    [settings]

The 'Start JACK automatically for:' section could be configured so that XMMS 
would load with JACK when Ardour is running, but not otherwise..
