I installed from rsync of sunet.se cooker mirror late yesterday. Now after
vga=788 boot, on tty1, bootsplash remains after login prompt appears, and
available screen is limited to the size of bootsplash window used to display
loading messages. tty[2-6] are normal 100x37 fullscreen.
