           Product: mkbootdisk
         Component: program
           Summary: cannot make bootdisk
           Product: mkbootdisk
           Version: 1.4.5-7mdk
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: P1

It complains about running out of space. It seems to unmount the
When the program starts out df shows this:

/dev/floppy/0u1440 1.4M 1.3M 106K 93% /tmp/mkbootdisk

After some pointe df shows this ( and says that there is no space )

/dev/floppy/0u1440 2.4G 1.8G 454M 81% /tmp/mkbootdisk

oddly enough this is the same as:

/dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part7 2.4G 1.8G 455M 81% /

It makes it hard to create a floppy. ( And lately I need it with my
lilo/reiserfs problems...)

mkbootdisk was run both from the gui and from the command line:

mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0u1440 2.4.22-5mdk
