What do you mean? That's just a question about location... The insmod/modprobe does not care as long as it's under /lib/modules/<kernel_version> the reason for adiusbadsl being in 3rdparty is just that you don't find it in main kernel.org kernel, so it goes into 3rdparty... speedtouch on the other hand is in kernel.org kernels.... and what rebuild?
