I used the hd.img boot floppy to install 9.2rc1 using the three downloaded iso
images located on my hd. As far as I can tell, this process only reads the CD1
image and not the other two disks. There is no prompt for disk 2/3. This
prevented installing some packages on disk 2 and 3.
