This has nothing to do with urpmi except if package were correctly signed and
urpmi didn't noticed that. It seems thoose packages are signed with GPG#604aa4e4
instead of GPG#70771FF3 which should be used.

Installed urpmi.setup-web-0.4.4-4mdk via rpmdrake.
It found a number of dependencies and added them to
the install. Two of these were:
libphp_common432-4.3.3-1mdk.i596.rpm
php-ini-4.3.3-1mdk.noarch.rpm
and urpmi says they have bad signatures.
