Since Mandrake 9.1 there has been a problem with reading chiense language
e-mails or viewing chinese language webpage. When display such e-mails or
website, there has been quite a few characters that are missing. This does not
seems to be the case with 8.2. The same problem appears in 9.2 RC1 and
Beta. In the case of website, the language encoding on mozilla and konqueror
was change mannually but still face with the same problem.
My default language is english but I did install additional language such as
chiense and Japanese.
Also, I have also notice cinput cannot start up in my current configuration.
