Standard british English is also spoken on american continent (Canada and
Caraibs for example).
So it is correct that it also appears there (in fact it appears in all 5
continent branchs)

When you choose the language for the install, the UK (Britain) is included in
the America (should be spelt Americas) section and not in Europe where it
rightly belongs
