Does anyone NOT have konsole installed with their 3.1.3 packages? It hasn't been available for me with the cooker packages (not 100% sure) since either a) the beginning of 3.1.3, or b) somewhere late in 3.1.2. I'm thinking that if it maybe perhaps be in a package that didn't make it to the cooker mirror I'm using.
