after a second try and yet again messing up my installation i foud out it's the
kdeartwork package. When installed the menu loses some entries (like Terminals)
and all the icons. Uninstalling the package restored the menu in it's original
state.

After installing most of kde's packages (post-install, don't realy remember
wich ones), the menu is completely destroyed. All icons dissapeared, and a lot
of menu entries went up in smoke.
