Run kghostview and open a PDF file successfully. The "Settings" has "Show
toolbar" enabled. But on the toolbar, I can see icons for "open" and "print"
only. When I go to "View", there's a whole bunch of options (zoom in/out, page
up/down) whose icons used to be on the toolbar. But they are missing now.
