Try Chris Molnar's work on this:

You'll find qt 2.1.1 and all the individual RPM's, plus a composite
47MB RPM "kdeall" to make it very easy indeed to run both KDE1 and
KDE2 alternatively depending on which one you log on to at X time
(see http://www.kde.org/kde1-and-kde2.html).

This is derived from the CVS tree and updated every couple of weeks.
