draksound use a non editable combo for driver selection when you want to
switch from alsa to OSS.
draksound'd better use option menu showing both drivers ( OSS/ALSA ) with the
current drivers selected and precise which one is recommended. The layout
could be for exemple as this ( emu10k1 ) :
[ALSA] snd-emu10k1 ( recommended )
[OSS] emuk10k1
1�/ This will facilitate translation ( there is only recommended to translate
) and be less confusing ( see #5403 ) as it seems that people seems to not
read at all or completly the notice at the top.
2�/ you don't expect that the user will enter by hand the driver module name,
if he want to select another one it will go to "let me pick another driver",
so option menu is more obvious/sensible.
