7.0 is for Ultra-SPARC only, but 7.1 (beta only) are for both SPARC and
Ultra-SPARC, you have if you boot not with CD-ROM to use tftprd32.img (boot net
style). Diskette are not bootable on current available 7.1, newer versions
should be ok.
