As I said adding the: export XPRINTER="\`foomatic-configure -q -Q 2>&1| grep defaultqueue | sed -e '[EMAIL PROTECTED]@@g' -e's@<>@@g' -e 's@</>@@g'\`" to a /etc/profile.d script does the job, but has too many side effects (it's too slow, chokes when DNS is down or cups not started, etc.). If you find something more light for doing the same job, without the side effects, we have resolved the XPRINTER problems...
