fixed in cvs by gc:
- do not use anymore icons in vga16
- disable AA in vga16

When I tried to install on my old server,
the installer chose vga16 as installmode (it's an old S3 trio64 card)
This made the language selection screen almost impossible to use...
maybe we need to choose better colors...
