Get the same problem on RC1. All that is asked for is the name of the server and the
path
to the image. Path is home/dale/iso/mandrake. All thats in that directory is the RC1
distribution 1,2,3. Directory is successfully mounted, so what does the message "NFS
warning:" mean? Is there a secret handshake I need to know?

description:
Message on screen "NFS Volume does not seem to contain the Mandrake Linux
Distribution." Log shows insmod nfs succeeded, preparing nfsmount for
(server:filename), unsetting automatic. Kernal msg: "NFS Warning:mount version
older than kernal" Mandrake is relatively new to me and I get this message on
9.2b1 as well as 9.1 release. Have Shrike ISO's in same file, works fine.
