With a Chinese installation and zh_CN locale, OpenOffice still runs in English.
Furthermore, the dialog boxes and pulldown menus cannot display Chinese
characters (such as file-names and font names). It behaves the same with
zh_CN.UTF-8
OpenOffice.org-l10n-zh_CN-1.1-0.rc3.2mdk.rpm is installed on the system.
