description:
pcmcia does not find my NETGEAR 16-bit Model MA401 wireless pc card.
The card was plugged in while installing but even after the first boot got the
card not detected.

I've looked in /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia and /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia.rpmnew and saw
that PCMCIA was setted to NO so I changed it to YES.. but nothing changed
after a reboot.(changing NO to YES worked in MDK 9.1)

I've found the following two messages in /var/log/messages which could be
interesting:

Sep 12 08:39:50 localhost pcmcia: PCIC module not defined in startup options!
Sep 12 08:39:50 localhost rc: Starten des pcmcia-Dienstes: succeeded
