------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-12-09 20:38 ------- AFAIK, the described behavior has always been the case for numlock in Mandrake. Really dumb that it's on in tty[1-6] and after getting past the login manager, but not while in login manager for entering a password with the NUM pad. About the only thing more bizarre is that numlock is needed at all, since the kernel should automatically apply and keep the NUM state it finds in the BIOS when first loading. -- Configure bugmail: http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. ------- Reminder: ------- assigned_to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] status: UNCONFIRMED creation_date: description: Numlock is correctly interpreted in text mode and graphic mode in all cases except one! After a boot, numlock is not set in the *dm managers. However, when closing a session an coming back to a *dm, numlock is set. This was done in Mdk9.1.
