In Mandrake 9.2 RC2,
When trying to access the konqueror handbook from konqueror,
the app khelpcenter will attempt to launch (the outline
of the app is displayed for a few seconds, and then vanishes.)
Similar behavior when trying to launch khelpcenter from kcontrol:
1) Launch kcontrol
2) Click on the tab for help
3) click on the link for "click here to
read the general control center manual"
The outline for the app khelpcenter shows up for a few seconds
and then vanishes.

khelpcenter CAN be launched from from the command line in a terminal.
No apparent errors in the launching.
