------- Additional Comments From [EMAIL PROTECTED] 2003-14-09 12:35 -------
I don't use > or 2> to redirect the output in a log file because It don't work. All
the informations
are not stored in the log file. But I receive a mail from the cron daemon each
morning. All theses
informations are in this mail.

Adding ||true works : all the commands in the script file are correctly launched now.
But, when
there are some updates, I have now the following message :
The following packages have bad signatures:
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-100dpi-fonts-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-libs-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-75dpi-fonts-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-server-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-xfs-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/XFree86-4.3-8.2mdk.i586.rpm

I will try to add some environment variables such as the $PATH.

Hello,

I've done a script launched every day by cron.

my script makes:
urpmi.update update_source
urpmi --update --auto-select

This script works fine when launched in a console. This script fails in the
following case when launched by cron : when there is something to download, the
urpmi.update fails and the urpmi is never launched.

And I can't redirect the urpmi.update and the urpmi ouput to a file.

Kind regards,

Vincent RIEDWEG.
