I have a Compaq evo N800c with a radeon 7500 graphics card. Whenever I load the
dri-module in XF86config-4, the screen-controls stops working. It is not longer
possible to adjust scren brightness or to turn the scren off by closing the lid
or switch to external screen. It all works when dri is not loaded, but once it
is loaded I can not restore the fuctionality of the buttons, even when I close X
and unload the radeon module. I am running rc1, and the standard kernel.
