Hmmm.. they started as a quick hack and were evolving constantly, so I
didn't want to pester the rpm maintainer every time so I made my own
package with it.

No, it's not redundant, it's because many people modify their apache
config files, but then some applications have major security holes when
that happens. Better be safe than sorry.
