Only the KDELibs-Doc cannot be found and installed now (Cooker + Cooker contrib,
date 20030915). The Qt docs are found OK. See also bug #3202

Installing kdevelop (with proper function and library docs) continues to be a
major pain. The initial kdevelop start up still assumed qt docs are in
/usr/doc/qt-doc/html when they are really in /usr/lib/qt3/doc/html (mdk 9.0 B2).
kdelib docs are also a pain as several non-standard packages are required to
recreate the kdelib docs. Can kdevelop somehow run rpmdrake to prompt for auto
install of the needed packages?
