Something, somewhere is updating the timestamp on file
Borges-0.9.3-3mdk.noarch.rpm because it's constantly "new" and is
re-downloaded by fmirror.
Today at 1341 local time, the file had this size / timestamp:
88289 Sep 15 10:30
/var/cooker/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/Borges-0.9.3-3mdk.noarch.rpm
Then today at 1700 localtime, it had this size / timestamp:
88289 Sep 15 15:47
/var/cooker/cooker/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/Borges-0.9.3-3mdk.noarch.rpm
The only difference is the timestamp. What's going on?
