Start printerdrake, choose "Expert Mode" in the "Options Menu" and then click
the "Configure CUPS" button. In the dialog turn off "Automatic correction of
CUPS configuration". Click OK and leave printerdrake.

Now remove the "ServerName" line (or better replace it by something more
useful), restart the CUPS daemon, and try to do your printer configuration via
the web interface again. Does it work now?

If not, replace

BrowseOrder Allow,Deny

by

BrowseOrder Deny,Allow

restart CUPS and try again. Does it work now or still not?
