Difficult to reproduce after drakxtools update, so could you check if there's a difference beetween installation and MCC ? 2 - copy from floppy using MCC works fine 3 - I tried copy from Windows partition : when it failed, it should be a good idea to say where the program is looking for the firmware (/mnt/win_c/WINDOWS/system for me).
