kghostview is in kdegraphics-kghostview (which is not listed in the products
list, so I assigned it to kdegraphics).
This works fine for me, and previews in konqueror too.
If you still have problems, please be more specific, and list the installed
versions of kghostview and ghostscript (ie 'rpm -qf `which kghostview`' and 'rpm
-q ghostscript').
Also, if it is only with certain PDF files, you may want to attach a file that
gives problems.
