This is a dup of bug 4851.. Galeon is using mozilla printing engine, nothing
more, nothing less..
If you want this to be fixed, fill a bug on bugzilla.mozilla.org

When printing the URL above, the utf-8 chars are replaced by a small square
character. The generated postscript file is not correct.
See also Bug #4581 which discusses the same topic for mozilla - but as X-Print
is not supported by galeon, using X-Print is not a solution here.
