[Cooker] broken mirrors

I mirror cooker pretty much every day.  for the last several days whenever a
new package has been announced on the announce list, the old package is
deleted off the mirror but the new pakage is never downloaded.

I use rpmfind.net and sunsite.uio.no for mirrors.
