Actually, you are right; it is fixed in cooker for the help button; but I have found 
something else: 
 
If you do the installation with a mouse, just after the selection of the mouse you 
simulate an error wich is common: You put your cursor on the top right if the screen 
and do not move it from there. 
 
You completly lose the focus on the main screen ... 
You can't do anything with the keyboard to have the focus back. (Tested in english 
- cooker-RC1)

Cannot close Help windows if mouse not present. Help windows will tab only if 
mouse has focus over the window, otherwise it tabs through parent window. 
 
1. Start installation of Linux Mandrake 9.1 
2. Make sure that you don't have mouse (or it hasn't been detected) 
3. Use Tab key to focus on Help button 
4. Press Enter or Space to access Help information 
5. Cannot close Help window because Tab's focus is still on
