This was fixed AFAIR for fr and fi.
Could you test with latest rfbdrake (0.9.2-0.1mdk) ?
And close the bug if needed.

While connected to a running rfbdrake server, chars like @ and numpad some of
numpad keys can't be typed. these are ineffective.
This bug has been produced with a Windows TighVNC client but i think it can be
reproduced with any VNC clients disregarding the platform. RFBdrake server
version was 0.9.1-11mdk ( the latest one in Cooker branch )
