Nothing unusual, AMD Athlon 2100+,1GB DDR, /boot on hda1, (400m), / on
/dev/hda2(6 gb), home on hdb1 (80gb)

I may have had issues with my install media---Burned/Tried it again, and
several weird issues went away, including this one.
(reinstalled 9.1 clean, then upgraded, no issues)

Manually readding a preexisting homedir seems to have been the issue,
but I have had user utils stomp a preexisting dir before (RH, not MDK)
on upgrade.

The strangest part is there were no errors in the log...

The only reason I put in a bug is that if happened to a noob, they would
give up, from Konq or the startbar there were no errors, just silently
died.

On upgrade from MDK9.1, there appears to be a conflict in one of the config
files in the users (preexisting) home dir that will not automatically be
overwritten if one installs 9.2RC2... I know this is "unusual" for a newbie, but
anyone upgrading an existing system may run into this.

Running oofice from a shell will give a cryptic error about a localization issue.

Deleting the ooffice dir and config files (.sversionrc, I KNOW there was another
dotfile...) and reinstalling ooffice clears the issue.

A clean install has NO issues.
