I think the problem was with the uninstall script from a previous mandrake_theme
package. For me, reinstalling the mandrake_theme package works, ie:
# rpm -Uvh --force `urpmq --sources mandrake_theme`

After upgrading from 9.2rc1 to the latest cooker the progress bar is never
filled during the boot process. The system does bootup properly but the progress
bar is never updated.
