Wrong list for this one ... I am sure there is an rpm-devel list
somewhere, you can ask there.

(But, IMHO, urpmi/rpmdrake should try and detect this situation and
propose an rpm rebuild "Your rpm database seems inconsistent, would you
like to rebuild it?").
