I guess you'll have to add xscreensaver to the buildrequires of the kdeartwork
package, then the configure script will generate this output:
checking for lib/xscreensaver/flame... /usr/X11R6/lib/xscreensaver/flame
checking for xscreensaver/config/flame.xml... NO
I haven't tried to run the package yet.

If you open the KDE Control Center and go to the module for configuring
screensaver and have XScreensaver installed hacks from it are missing from the
list of available screensavers. All of the hacks are available in GNOME and in
XScreensaver configuration utility. Also if I install KDE 3.1.3 from Texstar it
displays all the XScreensaver hacks, It appears that only Mandrake KDE doesn't
show them all.
