Instead of discussing version numbers, maybe you would like to discuss
things we actually have control over?
A better draksound : I proposed already an automatic serial test of OSS and ALSA drivers.
Drakxservices : sort them by themes, and add more precise help to indicate when it is necessary (basic, networking, file monitoring, etc...) and warning about how safe it can be
A better access to source management : integrate urpmi.setup in the software manager, probably by merging it with the source update. Make an automatic (but optional) update of the sources when you want to install a package and it fails because urpmi detects the source is outdated, and also using anacron (for example).
