[Cooker] qt-1.44-23mdk reports dependancy problems

[OS]

rpm -Uvh qt-1.44-23mdk fails reporting that loads of files (mainly kde ones)
depend on libqt.so.1

qt-1.44-23mdk contains libqt.so.1, and doing  rpm -Uvh --nodeps works and seems
to have no detremental effects.
