Hi,
LyX in MDK-9.2-rc2 does not say it depends on RCS, but the version control needs
it. Please add that dependency.

P.S. Sorry if this was reported before -- your qa site is incredibally slow,
causing its users (or me at least) to stick to the minimal courtesy of reporting
