on this bug. Reproduced on Mandrake 9.0 and 9.1 with openssh versions
3.6.1p2-1.2.90mdk and 3.6.1p2-1.2.91mdk respectively. When krb5.conf was
changed to use a UNIX kerberos server instead of a Win2k one, the problems went
away.
