Well, MD5SUMS are quite often out-of-sync with the hdlist files on cooker mirrors. Sinec we have an internal mirror, I have updated the script to check the MD5SUMS (md5sum -c MD5SUMS), and it it fails I just remove the MD5SUM file, otherwise I will never get hdlists updated ...
