I just su'd to root in an Eterm to run rdate and it turned my monitor
off! When I hit alt it came back up, rdate was done and the time was
changed.
Has anyone had this happen before and/or can duplicate it? I was in
GNOME as vdanen and su'd to root to do it.
LM 7.1b3 still (waiting on powerpack) so I don't know if this is
something still in 7.1 but it struck me as really odd...
