The policy is to always give credits to the contributors.
IE if I upload a contributor package and modify some - I think -
important things in it I put a :
- from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> :
- his changelog
If nothing is needed I upload it like it is.
Anyway it's upon the uploader to change the changelog so you can found
him by looking at the changelog and packager tag.
