step to reproduce
=================
Take a cd of mandrake linux, choose a rpm on it (with dependancies on other
cds), then install it by typing the entire name of the package (urpmi
XXX-12mdk.rpm).
Problem
=======
It install the dependancies but not the package you want to install.
