I do not see how they can be liable for this, because you clicked on yes in the box saying roughlt 'there is no garantees for this software, and i agree to use it knowing this'. If you think this box is illegal, then, you are still bound by the GPL and all others license. So, even with your mail, mandrake is not liable. -- Micha�l Scherer
