steps to reproduce :
1/mount another system directory on /mnt/disk, read-only
trindiad:/home/ on /mnt/disk type nfs (ro)
2/symlink one user home directory to /home :
ln -s /mnt/disk/fcrozat /home/fcrozat
3/ try to change msec level :
> msec 4
msec: chmod /mnt/disk/fcrozat 700: [Errno 30] Read-only file system:
'/mnt/disk/fcrozat'
